Komal & Rohan Deshmukh got married and wanted to set up their own unique home. They wanted a certain standard, of course – but they also wanted a secure and comfortable environment for themselves and the family that they were planning.

Quickly after going through a whole list of available homes – they decided they’d build their own eco-system. Instead of a bungalow, they’d put up an attractive set of apartments for like-minded individuals like themselves who were on the lookout for creating bespoke homes for themselves.

The drawing board was quickly being defined. Overall a comfortable home, large roomy interiors, a certain level of privacy, a high level of security, a great design for the building with amenities that were necessary and user friendly. Next came the technology and they settled for a hi tech home that was on par or even above the rest of the best.

Dreaming up a dream home and bringing that to fruition is another thing. A team would be needed. Thus was born YRK Ventures. YRK was conceptualized as a bootstrapped Rohan Deshmukh start-up focused on bringing to life fine real estate designs to reality. It would also create a seamless experience for a potential home-owner and ensure a hassle free hand-holding throughout the process.

With that much defined they then sought out a designer who’s got the experience to build state of the art high-class residences designed for extravagance & sophistication. That was how they found Ajinkya Dhumal and his team at Infinity Architects. Ajinkya and his team are the brains behind several of the beautiful homes in Pune city and elsewhere. Ajinkya and his much awarded designer wife Sanam Dhumal worked with Komal and Rohan Deshmukh and Rohan’s team at YRK to create a design that is nothing but excellence personified.
